Tabletop Productions, operated by Jim Krause, has been creating high quality video projects since 1994. Tabletop serves broadcast, corporate, industrial, and educational clients but is also willing to take on a good cause, offering discounts to not-for-profit, arts, and service organizations.
What we do: We do it all- from writing and design to production and editing. We offer services ranging from single camera video/photo packages to multi-camera studio productions. We are happy to provide turn-key, stress-free production services. Our photography has been featured in Bloom Magazine and our documentaries broadcast on PBS and APT affiliates.
Other services include:
- Graphics/Animation/Post-Production – Tabletop has two edit bays with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects.
- Production Management & Support – We can carry out location scouting, site surveys, procurement of gear and talent, and line producing.
- Scripting/Instructional Design – Jim Krause has designed and taught courses for Indiana University, written broadcast documentaries and TV shows, and produced numerous informational and commercial projects.
- Legal & Law Enforcement Video Support – We supported legal professionals and law enforcement organizations.
Who we are: Tabletop Productions is run by Jim Krause, who has been creating innovative video projects for 34 years. In addition, Jim Krause has been teaching at Indiana University since 1999, now a member of the Media School. He is a composer, musician, sailor, and outdoorsman. He has led seminars and workshops, and teaches advanced production classes including TV Studio Production, Digital Video Cinematography, Program Graphics and Animation, and Video Field and Post-Production. Jim holds degrees in telecommunications and audio technology as well as a masters in instructional systems technology.
